COMMUNITY WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE

LOSE WEIGHT! FEEL GREAT!

Are you feeling tired constantly? Are you lacking self-confidence? And above all, are you overweight? Can I suggest that it is time to lose the weight! There could never be a better time to consider losing weight than NOW - as you make your New Years Resolutions. And I do have a solution to offer you.

The solution to your weight loss, lies in a combination of healthy nutrition and exercise and I would like to invite you to challenge yourself to lose weight by joining my Arriba Wellnes Club's Community Weight Loss Challenge. The challenge runs for 12 weeks. During that time, you are free to lose weight as you choose. For a cost of £39, you receive:

At the end of 12 weeks, the Biggest Loser will win £300. A 2nd prize of £200 and a 3rd Prize of £100 will also be awarded (prizes based on 30 participants).

Here's my story - about 6 months ago, I completed a body fat test! My weight fell into the obese category, with a BMI of 30. This was totally unacceptable, so I enrolled on the Arriba Community Weight Loss Challenge. Now, I am 24 pounds lighter and I have lost centimeters off my waist, hips and bust. I look and feel great!

In my class, everyone lost weight. The transformations were incredible. It was a fabulous experience! One gentleman, a type two diabetic, achieved a weightloss of 100lbs over three challenges! His experience was amazing!

Drawing on earlier Nutrition studies as part of my UNIVERSITY Degree, I trained up as a Wellness Coach. Backed by an excellent program of education and information, I am sure that with my help, you can loose your weight too!
